About the Role:


Servicing all of Victoria including, Ballarat, Shepparton and Bendigo, you'll be managing a 100% NDIS caseload of approximately 15-20 mixed-age participants, providing behaviour support primarily in family homes, schools, and community environments.

This role focuses on working directly with families—not just support workers—to address behaviours of concern and guide safe, ethical approaches to restrictive practices, aligned with NDIS quality standards.

Many families work from home, fostering strong collaboration and meaningful family-led intervention.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting a minimum KPI of 25 billable hours per week
• Providing behaviour support exclusively to NDIS participants
• Working closely within a multidisciplinary team of ~30 clinicians
• Conducting assessments, functional behaviour analyses, and developing Behaviour Support Plans
• Travelling no more than 30 minutes from your home base
• Enjoying a supportive structure that helps you manage a varied and rewarding caseload
