We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead and mentor a passionate team in Brisbane.

We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead and mentor a passionate team in Brisbane.
What you’ll do
- Guide and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Review behaviour support plans and clinical reports.
- Mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure best practice.
- Own your own caseload and deliver services in the community.
- Work flexibly from home for admin and reporting tasks.
- Based in Brisbane.
- Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Proven leadership experience—mentoring, supervising, and supporting others.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Passion for working with people with disability.
- Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services.
- Full driver’s licence and reliable transport.
