Positive Behaviour Support Lead

As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the PBS approach across our services. This includes working closely with our senior leaders, managers and staff teams to ensure that our PBS approach is embedded throughout our organisation. You will also work closely with our education and care teams to develop and deliver high-quality training and support for our staff.
