You'll Be Doing This at Our Company – Your Job:

• Brand at its Best: You make the brand experienceable at POS and ensure a uniform brand appearance.
• Sales Push: You set impulses at POS and design experiential actions – from events to trade fairs.
• Inseason Drive – Seasonal Management with Impact: Together with the Area Sales Manager, you take over in-season management and get your areas running.
• Data with Impact: You analyze sales data, recognize potential, and deliver actionable area reports.
• People Power: You train sales staff regularly – for better counseling, more brand feeling, and genuine customer experiences.
• On Site & in Showroom: You oversee shop-in-shop areas as well as soft shops and support the sales team with ordering at the showroom.

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK

• You have a background in sales, retail, or POS management and at least one year of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• You live in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area.
• You are comfortable with an order-taking program, think entrepreneurially, and steer your business securely based on KPIs.
• You bring knowledge and affinity for visual merchandising and have a good sense of floor space and its optimization potential.
