POS Manager

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate exhibition stands for international trade fairs.
• Assemble and dismantle exhibition stands and retail displays together with external contractors.
• Travel to exhibitions and customer locations to supervise and actively participate in stand installations.
• Coordinate the production of POS materials, displays and branded retail zones.
• Communicate with suppliers, production companies and logistics partners in English.
• Organize transport and delivery of exhibition equipment and marketing materials.
• Ensure all installations meet Anex brand standards.
• Solve on-site technical and organizational issues when necessary.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Design and Sales teams.

Our requirements

• Excellent English (C1).
• Residence in Warsaw.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Hands-on approach and practical technical skills.
• Ability to assemble exhibition structures, displays or furniture using basic tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure.
• Driving licence (Category B).
• Good physical condition and readiness for occasional manual work.

Optional

• Experience with exhibition stand installation.
• Experience in POSM production or visual merchandising.
• Technical or construction background.
• Experience working with international suppliers.
