Heartfelt welcome and farewell of guests Shuttle-Service: Transfer of guests from and to the train station Accompaniment of guests to the reception and support during check-in and check-out Luggage service: Transport to the rooms as well as secure storage of luggage Parking and Valet-Service for our guests' vehicles Care of the lobby and entrance area - Point of contact for guest requests Execution of smaller errands and messenger services (e.g. picking up mail) Support in rearranging and...
