Doorman (m/f) All-rounder with Manual Dexterity

Come join us, we're looking for you!

For our Rosatsch, we are looking for a doorman / all-rounder with manual dexterity. You enjoy being on the move throughout the hotel, assisting our guests and the team, and pitching in wherever there is something to do.

From luggage service to mowing the lawn and clearing snow, to small repairs, touch-up work, or simple technical tasks – you enjoy variety.

You don't have to be a trained craftsman. What's important to us are practical skills, independence, reliability, and the joy of tackling and completing tasks.

• Classic doorman duties and guest support
• Small repair, maintenance, and touch-up work in and around the hotel
• Care of outdoor areas including lawn and snow removal
• Simple technical checks and work
• Support for our housekeeper and housekeeping team
• Coordination and follow-up for work by external tradespeople
• General support in the hotel, staff house & wherever help is needed

“You don’t have to be able to do everything yourself – but you recognize what needs to be done, take care of it, and stick with it until it’s done.”

• Fair pay that grows with you: automatically after two years, then annually thereafter.
• Additional benefits and incentives because good effort should be rewarded.
• Meaningful work where you can see what you've accomplished in the evening.
• Sustainability that is lived in practice: caring for, repairing, and maintaining instead of simply replacing.
• A lot of trust and freedom for independent work.
• Affordable accommodation in our staff house upon request.
• Team activities, discounts, and other employee benefits.
