What will be your mission? As a Portier H/F, you are a key person in the provision of our customer service experience. You serve as a guide, ambassador, and are the first person to create a welcoming atmosphere for the client. It is essential that the Portier H/F has an in-depth knowledge of the hotel. What will be your responsibilities? MAIN MISSIONS: * Greet warmly clients and visitors at the hotel entrance, embodying the image of the Anantara brand; * Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for guests; * Provide personalized assistance to guests, responding to their needs and requests; * Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery; * Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and facilities; * Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns; * Perform any other tasks as required by management.
