Portfolio Manager / Trader

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager / Trader to oversee and actively manage the company’s cryptocurrency asset portfolio. This role is responsible for portfolio construction, market analysis, and execution of trading strategies across both discretionary and systematic frameworks. The ideal candidate combines strong trading instincts with disciplined risk management, deep understanding of crypto market microstructure, and a broad macro perspective to translate market insights into profitable trading decisions. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement trading strategies across various crypto assets. * Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities. * Manage portfolio risk and ensure adherence to risk management guidelines. * Execute trades and monitor trading performance. * Collaborate with the research team to enhance trading strategies. * Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto space. * Prepare and present regular performance reports. * Optimize portfolio allocation and rebalance as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Proven experience as a portfolio manager or trader, specifically within the cryptocurrency market. * Strong understanding of crypto market structure and trading dynamics. * Proficiency in technical and fundamental analysis. * Experience with both discretionary and systematic trading strategies. * Solid understanding of risk management principles. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: * Master's degree or CFA designation. * Experience with quantitative analysis and modeling. * Familiarity with various trading platforms and tools.
