As Portfolio Manager Renewables, you are responsible for developing and managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for existing and new solar energy and storage assets under construction or in operation. Guarantee reliable, sustainable performance in line with contractual and operational KPIs, while teams, resources, and customer relationships are effectively managed. Work actively to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities, ensuring that the portfolio remains stable and profitable. This includes developing and implementing strategies for asset optimization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project developers, investors, and customers, to ensure alignment of interests and goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to secure long-term agreements and optimize costs. Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and innovations in the renewable energy sector. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business objectives, strategies, and policies. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on portfolio management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
