Location: Ahmedabad About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Portfolio Management & Brokerage Communications Specialist to manage stakeholder communications, portfolio tracking, operational reporting, and process excellence initiatives. The role requires strong ownership, precision, and adherence to standardized workflows designed to support organizational scalability. Key Responsibilities • Manage client, broker, and stakeholder communications with zero-defect accuracy; ensure timely and effective communication of portfolio performance, market trends, and other relevant information. • Develop and maintain comprehensive portfolio tracking systems, including data analysis and visualization tools, to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into portfolio performance. • Design and implement operational reporting templates and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process excellence initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
