We are looking for a part-time Porter / Shuttle Driver to join our Bell Desk team!

About the role
This is first and foremost a Porter/Valet Attendant role on our amazing Bell Desk team, with additional rostered shifts as a Shuttle Driver. You’ll create a seamless welcome for guests (luggage, valet, lobby service) and, when scheduled, safely operate the hotel shuttle for guest transfers.

What you’ll do

• Provide a personalised, 5-star welcome for our guests
• Assist guests with their luggage and valet parking
• Greet guests, unload luggage from vehicles, and deliver to rooms promptly
• Drive the hotel shuttle for guest transfers (airport/venues), ensuring safety and comfort
• Complete basic vehicle checks, keep logs tidy, and uphold road safety at all times

Our ideal candidate

• Can work AM shifts, PM shifts and an occasional overnight shift
• Full, clean NZ driver’s license and current P endorsement (required)
• Confident, safe driver (vans/automatics); good local area knowledge is a plus
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• Not afraid of a bit of hard work; can lift and move luggage safely
• Background in customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
