Porter - Security Guard

Mission of the Job: Provide security for workers and visitors, as well as company assets under strict access control, inspections, and rounds that allow identifying risks and reporting to corresponding areas.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for performing all activities described in this document, internal procedures, internal program standards, O-I Mexico's protection systems, policies, and all applicable to the O-I Mexico Protection Department.
2. Responsible for controlling access and exit of pedestrians and motorized units, verifying that entry or exit is previously authorized and that all personnel entering are fully identified with a corresponding badge to the area they are going to, according to procedure.
3. Physically verify motorized units of transporters, suppliers, contractors, and workers, ensuring security to prevent the entry of people in an inconvenient state or with drugs, firearms, or any other physical or chemical element that may cause risk, danger, or damage to workers or company installations.
4. Review vehicles, backpacks, bags, or packages upon entry and exit of personnel according to procedure.
5. Validate that all visitors register in the corresponding logbook and are given an identification badge according to the area they are going to.
6. Report any anomalies, incidents, or risks found during rounds at the plant to the supervisor on duty and document with photographic evidence.
7. Receive calls and direct them to corresponding areas.
8. Receive packages that arrive and deliver them to the general warehouse, previously documented in established formats.
9. Update and archive all documents in order as a control of employee entries and exits according to the list provided by Human Resources, tools, warehouse departures, and cargo shipments, validating that information on documents matches material.
