A well-established 4* Hotel in Plettenberg Bay is seeking a friendly, reliable and service-oriented Porter to join their front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people , takes pride in presentation , and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay. Duties: Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities Assist with guest requests promptly and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service at all times Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and tidy at all times. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay.
