Duties: Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities Assist with guest requests promptly and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service at all times Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and tidy at all times.
