Who is an Agent?

An Agent is a person running their own business and managing a retail outlet belonging to the company they cooperate with. As our Agent, you receive a ready-made, stocked store and are responsible for achieving sales targets, providing professional customer service, building a Team, and managing Employees.

Join over 600 Lagardère Travel Retail agents in Poland and run your own business with us. As our partner, you will build your own team and actively develop sales, ensuring proper product display and customer service in accordance with network standards.

We will handle negotiations with suppliers, stocking, and local fees.

You will develop your own business in a proven and safe business model.

• Business activity or readiness to establish one (you can do this only after training)

• Willingness to operate based on standards within a ready-made business model

• Ability to build a team and manage its work

• Experience in customer service and a focus on active sales

• Ease of working with computers and in a mobile environment

• Experience in store management – desirable

• A ready-to-open, fully equipped, and stocked store in an attractive location

• Long-term, stable cooperation (indefinite agency agreement)

• No own contribution – the agreement is secured by a refundable deposit

• No costs related to the premises (rent, electricity, etc.) or stocking (we cover them)

• Income that you have a real impact on, based on a commission system with a guaranteed base salary
