Description of the post To strengthen our team of poolists for various healthcare establishments in the VALAIS canton, we are looking for several Poolistes - Healthcare Assistants CRS / Caregivers in EMS. On these missions as Healthcare Assistants CRS / Caregivers in EMS You integrate our proactive team and you are delegated to different medical-social establishments (EMS). You provide basic care (toilets, meal assistance, nursings). Under the responsibility of a nurse or a doctor, you will be responsible for the daily life of patients with physical disabilities. Your tasks will include: - Providing personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming) - Assisting patients with their daily activities (eating, walking, etc.) - Participating in patient transfers and repositioning - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans - Maintaining accurate records of patient care - Participating in the development of a patient's treatment plan. You will work in a team environment and be responsible for ensuring the continuity of care provided to patients. Your skills and qualifications: - Diploma or degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field - Experience as a poolist or caregiver in EMS - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
