Pool Concierge

As a Pool Concierge, you will be responsible for increasing guest satisfaction at the different pools of the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of assigning and controlling the flow of guests arriving at the pool and beach, as well as accompanying them to their loungers or chairs with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction with their assigned locations at all times.
• You will be a fundamental piece for the smooth operation of the pool and beach, having all information about activities within the hotel, menus, special drinks, amenities, and pop-ups.
• You will have the ability to recognize our guests every morning and transmit positive energy throughout each moment, communicating guest information to waiters to be recognized by the entire team.
• You will support the operation of the pool and beach at all times, building cordial relationships with colleagues and guests, always maintaining a respectful relationship.
• You will ensure that Auberge and Forbes standards are followed and total guest satisfaction is achieved, as well as anticipating their needs.
• This person must be prepared to make decisions and work under pressure, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
