Electrician's Assistant - Electrical Fitter

Your responsibilities

• Laying and assembling internal and external installations.
• Work on the construction of photovoltaic farms and the assembly of PV systems with energy storage.
• Connecting distribution boards, control cabinets, electrical equipment, and automation and control systems.
• Work based on projects and electrical diagrams (electrical, low-current installations).
• Diagnosing and repairing faults and defects in installations.
• Supporting electrical fitters in daily installation work on the construction of PV farms and energy installations.
• Laying internal and external installations under the supervision of experienced employees.
• Preparing cable routes, installing cable trays, and assisting with pulling wires.
• Auxiliary and assembly work using power tools.
• Maintaining order at the workstation and ensuring tools are properly secured.

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position (preferably in the industrial or RES sector).
• Valid SEP qualifications (operation E up to 1 kV).
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Autonomy in performing assigned tasks.
• Willingness to learn, engagement, and motivation to work.
• Ability to use basic power tools.
• Readiness for constant work on business trips (necessary condition).
• Good self-organization and ability to work smoothly in a team.
• No health contraindications for physical work (including work at heights above 3 m).

• Driving license category B (nice to have).
• Lack of experience is not an obstacle – we provide full on-the-job training!
