Job description
Workplace: Rybarzowice
SCOPE OF DUTIES:- Assistance in managing a team of subordinate employees,
- Ensuring continuity of the production process,
- Daily reporting to superiors,
- Responsibility for employee safety and entrusted equipment,
- Responsibility for production line results (waste, efficiency, productivity, etc.),
- Ensuring the highest quality of production in the assigned area,
- Timely execution of the production plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a similar position is welcome,
- Availability to work in a 3-shift/4-brigade system,
- Experience in industry (plastic processing is welcome),
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel,
- Ability to identify and solve problems,
- High work motivation,
- Basic knowledge of ERP-type IT systems is welcome,
- Motivation to achieve goals and effectiveness in action,
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with people from other departments.
