Kitchen Assistant

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients for dishes according to chefs' guidelines and establishment standards
• Assisting chefs in the ongoing process of preparing dishes and drinks based on matcha
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation and in the kitchen back area
• Adhering to safety, work hygiene, and HACCP system principles in the kitchen
• Collaborating with the team on receiving deliveries, proper product storage, and ongoing quality control

Our requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a gastronomic back-of-house role
• Knowledge of basic principles of hygiene and work safety in gastronomy
• Ability to work in a team and good communication with chefs and service staff
• Willingness to work in a shift system on a full-time basis
• Accuracy, reliability, and commitment to maintaining order at the workstation
• Knowledge of Polish at a minimum B1 level
• Sanitary and epidemiological examination
