• Instruct, promote, and accompany employees with support needs.
• Support personal integration goals - both internally and externally.
• Program and set up CNC turning and milling machines.
• Manufacture prototypes and small series.
• Reliably ensure quality and deadlines.
• Actively shape processes in the field of metal processing.

What you bring

• Enjoyment of pedagogical tasks and working with people.
• Training as a Polymechanic EFZ.
• Training as an occupational therapist or the willingness to complete it.
• Several years of experience in programming (e.g., Mastercam or similar).
• Social skills, resilience, and flexibility.
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working.
