For our customer, we are looking for motivated: Polymechaniker/-in CAM-Programming (m/w/d) 80-100% Your tasks: - Independent programming with Mastercam at the 5-axis machining center TBFZ (Heidenhain TNC 640) or at the CAM workstation (SolidCAM) - Setting up and operating deep-hole drilling machines (ELB-deep drilling) - Manufacturing of clamping fixtures and jigs - Application and selection of optimal tools / equipment - Monitoring process parameters, optimizing processing time and quality - Conducting quality control tests and documenting them - Providing support in areas such as honing and turning (conventional/CNC) when needed - Maintenance and care of machines and related work and measurement tools Your profile: - Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ - At least 3 years of professional experience in the machining field - Good knowledge of Heidenhain control systems is advantageous - CAM experience, preferably Mastercam, is advantageous - 'Hands-on' mentality, passion for mechanical problem-solving, and motivation to deepen expertise in a specialized area - Strong sense of quality and efficient and precise working method What does the customer offer: - Opportunity for internal professional development as process responsible person - Support with further education - 5 weeks of vacation - Various employee benefits - Family-friendly work climate, flat hierarchy, short decision-making paths - Attractive working hours (daytime work) Send us your documents?
