Your Tasks

• Independent setup, operation, and optimization of modern CNC machining centers
• Manufacturing of precision parts according to technical drawings and quality specifications
• Monitoring and ensuring a stable and efficient production process
• Performing tool changes as well as measurement and testing tasks
• Troubleshooting minor issues and carrying out maintenance work on the equipment
• Active participation in process improvements and optimizations
• Gradual assumption of responsibility in the supervision and training of apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining and mechanical manufacturing
• Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• High quality orientation as well as precise and clean working method
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written word • Vocational trainer certificate an advantage, but not a requirement
