Mechanic / Automation Specialist EFZ: 100% Production / Quality Inspector

Adecco Introduction For our customer, a leading company in the industrial sector in Zurich, we are looking for a flexible and reliable employee who would be responsible for quality inspection of production. Tasks - Qualitative and quantitative testing of material inputs using mechanical, electrical, and optical measuring instruments as well as related documents - Partial assembly of equipment and components - Conducting first sample testing including first sample report (ZP) and PPAP - Special measurement orders such as those for development or QS - Creating quality reports in case of deviations - Performing tests and activities during the production process and inspecting them - Perform tests or inspections according to procedures and instructions defined in handbooks and test scripts - Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with agreed-upon workflows and in line with PG standard processes and safety guidelines. Profile - Completed technical vocational training, e.g. Automation Specialist, Electromechanic, Mechatronics Engineer, Polymer Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent education (reading technical drawings is essential) - The training must include knowledge of manufacturing processes (casting, turning, etc.), measurement methods, and quality inspection.
