Polish-speaking Consultant for Online Advertising

As a Social Media Advertising Consultant, you will support small and medium-sized companies, helping them to effectively use Meta's advertising tools. Your tasks will include consulting, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service in a dynamic online environment.

Your tasks:
- Supporting advertisers from Poland and other countries, mainly small and medium-sized companies
- Technical support and consulting on advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Troubleshooting technical issues and reporting errors
- Contact with clients via email, chat, and outgoing phone calls
- Work with modern advertising tools and support systems

Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Polish (min. C2) and English (min. B2)
- Interest in digital advertising and new technologies
- Ability to work in a team and provide customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Important: the candidate must have a valid EU passport or a valid residence permit in Portugal
