Police Officer Case Worker Violence Protection/Threat Management (80-100%)

Police Officer Case Worker Violence Protection/Threat Management (80-100%)

Your Tasks

• Conducting preliminary checks and risk assessments to prevent (serious) violent crimes – also with the involvement of the Forensic Assessment & Risk Management (FFA) specialist unit
• Processing long-term violence protection cases in close cooperation with partner organizations
• Conducting approaches to offenders and individuals at risk, as well as other measures for risk reduction
• Developing strategies for victim protection
• Providing technical and personnel support to the Investigations & Prevention Department (especially the Domestic Violence Specialist Unit) as well as other departments in the investigation area

Your Profile

• Police officer with a federal diploma/certificate and at least 8 years of professional experience
• High physical and psychological resilience as well as holistic and networked thinking
• Strong social and communication skills, confident and correct demeanor, and high team capability
• A flair for interdisciplinary cooperation with partner organizations and high perseverance
• Willingness to perform on-call duty for criminal police on weekends and other assignments (e.g., public order service)
