Manpower In the context of a temporary mission, Manpower is seeking on behalf of one of its clients, a prestigious watch manufacturer located in the upper canton of Neuchâtel, a Polisseur / Polisseuse (H/F) Responsibilities - Prepare work tools (disks, brushes, felt, etc.). - Apply protections. - Realize intermediate preparations of components. - Realize complete terminations: sanding, satinizing, brushing, felting, polishing and honing) while respecting the forms and terminations defined by plans. - Ensure aesthetic control of each component to deliver a product meeting specifications and Patek Philippe hallmark criteria. Profile sought - CFC in watchmaking (or equivalent). - Minimum 5 years' experience on a similar position in the watch industry. - Good visual acuity. - Good manual dexterity. - Team spirit, rigor, precision, concentration capacity, adaptability to technical and industrial evolution.
