Polisher

Tempor S.p.A. is looking for a Polisher to work with an important client company specializing in metal treatments and coatings, with a strong focus on the oil industry, located in San Felice sul Panaro (MO). The position involves performing polishing operations on metallic components using manual and/or semi-automated processes, ensuring precise and uniform finishes. The resource will collaborate with the painting, sanding, and quality control departments to ensure that parts meet aesthetic and functional standards required. The job requires:

• Prior experience in polishing, levelling, surface finishing, preferably in the metalworking or industrial finishing sectors;
• Excellent manual skills, attention to detail, and precision in work;
• A team-oriented attitude;
• Self-motivated.

The job offers:

• A temporary employment contract with a view to stabilization;
• A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday;
• A salary commensurate with the actual experience gained, according to the Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL);
• A workplace located in San Felice sul Panaro (MO).
