Manpower We are looking for a Polisher/Terminalist for our client, whose main mission will be to complete the finishing of clothing components made of precious materials and set with stones, in accordance with defined ranges. Ensure compliance and quality of the pieces produced. Ensure respect for aesthetic requirements according to established control protocols. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by proposing optimization solutions. Perform reading of plans and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct visual inspections to detect any defects or anomalies. Identify and report any non-conformities. Implement corrective actions as needed. Participate in the development of new processes and procedures. Collaborate with other teams to improve overall performance. Provide support to colleagues as needed. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform other tasks as assigned.
