Adecco For our customer, a renowned company in the field of woodworking, we are looking for an engaged and competent individual as Polier:in Woodworking (a). Tasks - Leadership and planning of allocated project resources - Development of solution proposals and support of the construction manager in concepts - Participation in the development of detailed solutions and their representation in CAD - Monitoring of subcontractors and ensuring professional execution - Material calls in consultation with the construction manager - Identification and reporting of deviations - Coordination with internal and external stakeholders - Attendance at site meetings in consultation with the construction manager - Preparation of reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports - Ensuring and implementing guidelines for work safety and environmental protection. Profile - Completed training as a carpenter / carpenter EFZ - Further education as foreman:in or polier:in is advantageous - Several years of experience in the execution of wood construction projects - Experience in leading employees and dealing with clients - Good knowledge of CAD and safe handling of digital planning tools - High sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication skills - Structured, self-reliant, and timely work style.
