Job Opportunity: Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Eligibility: EU Citizens Only
Are you fluent in Polish and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens! You'll assist customers via phone, email, or chat resolving their inquiries efficiently and ensuring their satisfaction.
What You'll Do:- Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:
- If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
- If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
- Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Fluency in Polish (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
