• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for compliance and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and airline products to provide relevant information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
