As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, supporting our Polish-speaking audience. Key Responsibilities: * Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure it complies with community guidelines. * Identify and flag inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, and other violations. * Enforce content policies and guidelines consistently. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Work collaboratively with other team members. * Stay up-to-date on content moderation trends and best practices. Qualifications: * Fluency in Polish (native or near-native level). * Good English language skills (written and spoken). * Strong understanding of online safety and content moderation principles. * Ability to identify and assess potentially harmful content. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High level of integrity and ethical conduct. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
