• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards.

• Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
