In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online gaming community is engaging, safe, and upholding community standards. Your fluency in Polish will be crucial for managing player-generated content and facilitating communication within the community. As a Content Moderator, you will review game content, monitor player interactions, and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities: * Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines. * Monitor player interactions and behavior within the game environment to identify and address any violations of the terms of service. * Enforce community guidelines by issuing warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans as necessary. * Respond to player reports and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Communicate with the community in Polish, providing support and guidance to players. * Identify and report any technical issues or bugs encountered during content review. * Stay up-to-date with community guidelines and any changes to the terms of service. * Collaborate with other team members to improve moderation processes and ensure a positive gaming experience. Requirements: * Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address inappropriate content. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Familiarity with online gaming communities and platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
