Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria! As a Content Moderator, you will be tasked with reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community guidelines, thereby ensuring a positive experience for our Polish-speaking users.

• Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Accurately categorize content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and report inappropriate content or violations.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help refine moderation practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of moderation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company policies regarding content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting.
