Polish Customer Support Analyst (Remote)

Now, we’re expanding our Bucharest team with a Polish-speaking Support Advisor to work with one of our clients. You’ll help customers from Poland and UK enjoy smooth experiences with their orders and products.

🔍 About the Role

• Position: Customer Support Advisor
• Languages: Polish (B2–C1) + English (B2 or above)
• Work model: Fully remote
• Support region: Poland and UK
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00 – 19:00
• Training period: 2 weeks
• Project type: Typical interactions include support for online orders, warranty support, product information, and case indexing;   

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Provide support via phone and email to our Polish-speaking customers
• Assist with order localisations, refunds, returns, warranties, product information
• Support customers on topics like warranties, promotions and discounts, and general product usage
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
• Stay up to date with the latest products and procedures through training and self-learning

🧐 You’ll Thrive If You Have...

• Fluent Polish(B2–C1) and good English (at least B1), both spoken and written
• Minimum 3 months experience in customer support, preferably in a contact centre/BPO environment
• A knack for problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment
