Requirements

Experienced construction manager on the building site with completed vocational training (e.g. as a mason, concrete builder, etc.) and ideally further education to become a polier or work polier.

Sure in coordinating construction workflows, leading columns, and implementing plans and guidelines in close coordination with the construction leadership.

Hands-on mentality & assertiveness, paired with sense of responsibility, eye for quality, and punctuality and cost reliability.
