• Execution of construction sites in coordination with site management, adhering to technical and economic specifications
• Determination of material and equipment requirements, as well as setting up the construction site as part of work preparation
• Support in the scheduling of equipment and machinery
• Participation in the creation of measurements and the documentation of all quality evidence
• Maintaining the daily construction log in agreement with site management
• Independent and self-responsible leadership of the assigned construction site personnel
• Independent implementation of occupational safety and health protection measures

• Successfully completed vocational-technical training as a skilled worker or specialized worker
• Willingness to work shifts and to undertake nationwide assembly assignments
• Strong team spirit, high level of initiative, and flexibility
• Possession of a Class B driver's license
