• Professional supervision and control of the execution of all construction site activities in the area of infrastructure projects
• Organization, deployment planning, and leadership of construction site teams
• Coordination, steering, and optimization of work processes on the construction site
• Participation in the creation, updating, and monitoring of construction schedules, as well as cost control in close coordination with site management
• Central point of contact for clients, technicians, and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and accident prevention measures on the construction site
• Monitoring the timely, quality-compliant, and economical implementation of construction projects

• Completed training as a foreman or master craftsman
• Several years of professional experience as a foreman or in a comparable position
• Good MS Office skills
• High team spirit
• Structured, independent, and self-reliant way of working
• Strong organizational skills and high resilience
• Driver's license class B
• Willingness to travel

We guarantee performance-related pay based on your personal and professional competence. According to GlBG, the collective agreement minimum wage in grade M1/P1 in the 1st and 2nd year is € 4,194.00 gross per month. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer a corresponding overpayment.
