• Organization and ensuring smooth construction progress
• Management of skilled trades employees and coordination of subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Support of site management in the implementation of plans and specifications
• Control of executed work and documentation of construction progress

• Completed vocational training in the construction trade, ideally with further training as a foreman or master craftsman
• Several years of professional experience on construction sites and sound technical knowledge in building construction
• Manual skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Class B driver's license
