Tasks On-site as an interface between project planning and execution, you can lead the construction site. At the construction meetings, you're always part of the team and take care of organization, coordination, and communication. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are available and up-to-date. Your tasks will also include monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions. In addition, you'll be involved in the planning and execution of construction measures, such as traffic management, signage, and lighting. You'll work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in construction site management or a related field • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in MS Office and other common software tools • Certification as a Polier (m/w/d) would be an advantage.
