Foreman (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate site organization and logistics as well as construction processes for our technically demanding construction projects and be responsible for meeting deadlines
• You will carry out quality assurance measures and document construction progress in the site diary
• You will manage subcontractors on the construction sites and be responsible for time reports
• You will calculate and secure material requirements for the construction site and work closely with our site managers

Profile

• You have successfully completed a (master) foreman training course or a comparable qualification
• You already have many years of professional experience in civil engineering
• Your interaction with people and your communication skills enable you to have respectful exchanges with your colleagues and site managers as well as the individual trades
• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills, independent working methods, and resilience
• You are willing to travel within Germany
