Your area of operation: Here you move great things

• Site Management: Independent leadership of our construction sites in steel and bridge construction as well as in structural civil engineering.
• Personnel Responsibility: Professional leadership of your team.
• Process and Schedule Planning: Coordination of work processes, machinery, and construction materials for a smooth construction process, including the creation of digital daily reports.
• Quality and Defect Management: Monitoring the quality of execution and compliance with all technical standards, regulations, and safety standards.
• Measurement & Billing: Creation of measurements, billing sketches, and support for site management.

This is what you bring

• A successfully completed further training as a Certified Foreman (m/f/d) or Master (m/f/d) in steel construction or a comparable qualification.
• Passion for structural civil engineering as well as several years of professional experience as a foreman in steel construction or bridge construction.
• Sound knowledge of assembly technology, welding technology, and ideally experience with heavy steel structures.
• You are an organizational talent with assertiveness, teamwork skills, and a solution-oriented „no such thing as impossible“ mentality.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) to visit our projects on site.
