To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as a polier in high-rise and deep foundation construction. Tasks: Leadership and organization of building sites in high-rise and/or deep foundation construction. Leading and coordinating the site team on-site. Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Monitoring safety regulations and work safety on the construction site. Material disposition and construction logistics. Collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Documentation and reporting of construction progress. Profile: Completed training in the construction industry, ideally with further education as a polier or foreman (e.g., poling school). Several years of experience as a polier in high-rise and/or deep foundation construction. Fundamentally knowledgeable about construction planning and execution. High level of leadership and organizational talent. Independent working and resilience in a dynamic environment. Very good German language skills, additional languages are an asset.
