Points Operations & Analytics Senior

We are looking for an experienced developer who will work closely with teams of product, finance and technology to ensure that the loyalty program is reliable, profitable and scalable. We are a software company that specializes in digital transformation and high-impact solutions.

As a Points Operations & Analytics Senior, you will be responsible for implementing, operating and optimizing the loyalty program's engine: rules, integrations, data pipelines, observability, analytics, experimentation and operational anti-fraud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the program is reliable, profitable and scalable.

Requirements

• Experience:

• 5+ years in roles of analytics/operations of product, loyalty, payments, anti-fraud or data operations.
• Experience demonstrable operating loyalty programs, cashback or transactional benefits (MUST).
• Experience integrating multi-channel data sources (POS, e-commerce, CRM, apps).

• Tech Skills:

• Solid understanding of SQL for analysis, reconciliations and quality monitoring.
• Practical knowledge of data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ingestion SLAs and event tracking.
• Experience working with dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar).
• Familiarity with basic statistical/econometric models and customer segmentation (desirable).
• Knowledge of transactional or behavioral anti-fraud rules/models (plus).
