You will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities at the point of work in the Oltenia region, which includes managing customer returns (RMA) and coordinating with colleagues from sales and procurement departments to ensure that each order leaves on the same day (packaging, invoicing, AWB, all automated with our internal software).
• Communicate permanently with remote colleagues to ensure activity and provide local support.
• Monitor inventory, RMA requests, and incidents, and manage them according to requirements;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
