Point of Sale Manager

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Point of Sale Manager to join their team in the beverage industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of managing point-of-sale systems and campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and implement point-of-sale strategies to drive sales and improve brand visibility. Manage the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale materials, including signage, displays, and promotional items. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and manage budgets for point-of-sale initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in a Point of Sale Manager role. Strong understanding of the beverage industry and its trends. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
