Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• You steer our audio and video podcasts as a project manager: from the first idea over the recording to publication, and keep our moderators' backs free.
• Gästemanagement is your heartpiece: You research and win exciting guests – entrepreneurs, CEOs, and decision-makers –, coordinate communication on eye level, schedule appointments, and care for our guests before and after the recording.
• As a reference person, you prepare our moderator Michél-Philipp Maruhn content-wise: You create briefings, guest files, and question catalogs.
• Editorial planning: theme research, episode planning, and editorial calendar for our formats (e.g. DIGITALWERK Podcast, InnoFM, DIE WOHNRAUMFRAGE).
• You coordinate our internal and external production team: briefings, timings, feedback loops for editing and post-production – and ensure that every episode meets our standards.
• You conceptualize new formats and develop measures to improve existing ones.
• Nachbereitung is your stage: All texts around the episode come from you – show notes, episode descriptions, teaser texts, newsletter articles, and LinkedIn posts about the episode
• Publishing management: You steer the distribution on all relevant platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube & Co.) including metadata and SEO-optimized descriptions.
• Blick über den Tellerrand: You work with our marketing team to select the best podcast moments for social clips and ensure optimal exploitation.

Qualifikation

• Degree or study in media, communication, journalism, event management, or comparable – or demonstrable practical experience
• Experience in project management, editing, or reference/assistant role – ideally in the media, podcast, or event field
• Sovereign and binding appearance: Communication with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and their offices lies within your scope – written and personally
• Organizational talent: You juggle recording dates, guests, deadlines, and publication plans without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Editorial sense for good stories, exciting guests, and relevant themes
• Text security: You write well and easily – from show notes to newsletter articles
• Basic understanding of podcast and video production to brief our production team and ensure quality – you don't have to edit yourself
• Excellent German and secure English in writing and speaking
• Cloud-based work like Google Tools (Drive, Mail, Calendar) is second nature to you
• You believe in the medium of podcasting and want to heat up a conservative industry
• You have a desire to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally
