Job description
- You continuously develop our existing format and have ideas for new podcasts with journalistic appeal and reach potential.
- You take over the preparation for the moderator – with pre-research, conversation guides, and a clear thread
- You are responsible for guest management – from planning to communication to on-site care
- You take over technical production - including editing, sound, and upload
- You think about the podcast from start to end - with a view to podcast platforms, homepage, and social media
- You work independently, but are still a true team player:in
